About:

We would like to invite all young researchers in the field of PCD to attend the first of four Training Schools established through the COST programme BEAT-PCD. The Training School mission is to deliver teaching and intensive training and practical skills on novel and emerging aspects of basic and clinical science relevant to BEAT-PCD’s objectives. Through a combination of lectures and workshops we aim to deliver familiarisation and expose young researchers to expertise through an interactive approach, building on the programme developed at the Young Researchers Meeting in Bern last year. This second meeting will bring together experts in the field to lead the programme alongside emerging young researchers gaining experience by chairing and organising sessions and workshops relevant to their areas of interest. Working together this growing group of International researchers aim to be uniquely positioned to drive forward collaboration in translational research in PCD.

A limited number of Trainees participating in the Training School are entitled to reimbursement to subsidize travel, accommodation and meal costs. Trainees requiring reimbursement should indicate this on their application which will be assessed according to the COST criteria.

* The conference dinner will take place at Thursday evening, the fee will be supported by the organization so the registration is mandatory.

* The scientific meeting will be followed by 1 day at Disneyland Paris (for the ones that would like to join). The expenses would be covered by the participants themselves. Please confirm your participation.
